LAUREN & EVAN

We met when we felt like adults - juggling college classes and part-time jobs - but we were still kids. Lauren was 20 and Evan had just turned 21. We were across the street neighbors on Legore Lane in Manhattan, KS while attending K-State. We first hung out in a large group of friends but eventually realized we liked it better when it was just us two. After school, we settled in Kansas City together. Only a few months after this decision, a new opportunity swept us off to Colorado. We spent four magic years and change together in the Rocky Mountains and picked up two ornery wiener dogs while there, Norm and Dennis, who quickly became the bosses of the house. Work took us back to Kansas City, and we are ready to start a life as a married couple, although we have felt married for almost 8 years. Through every peak and valley since November 2017, we’ve grown stronger together, building a love we knew from the start would last forever. Now, back near friends and family, we’re excited to start our next chapter - and we can’t wait to celebrate it with all of you.
